"Input string was not in a correct format."

Using with Win7 and 8406.

Persistent error message in pop up box "Input string was not in a correct format."

All the terminal parameters and setup items seem to check out. The software turns the amp on and off but does not reflect the status of the "OPR/STBY" switch on the front panel.

What am I missing?

Re: "Input string was not in a correct format."

John,

Sorry your original post went unanswered.  I got notified when you replied but not on the original post.

While 2.02e was the last version published by RF Concepts on their download page, 2.03k rolls up ten incremental changes that include fixes as well as new features (like supporting the new EEPROM dump capability of the monitor).  There haven't been any further changes since September of 2013.

I'll send the firmware to you via email along with the version history.

Dan
